1990 Toyota Pickup - Problem

I'm not sure if this is the right section, but here I go.



We have had this truck since the late part of 1989, we ran it like crazy a few weekends ago, it started up fine this morning, but had a bad miss, I gave it more gas as that usually fixes what ever is wrong with it. Seems like it's running on 3 cylinders, shaking pretty bad any idea on what could be wrong?

Engine I believe is a 22RE



The truck runs probably every 2 weeks or so, it stays in the garage a lot.
