Did you put the new windshield in or did someone else? You have to run a fairly fat bead of urethane to get it to seal correctly. 7-9mm by the book and that is up against a foam dam that encircles the inside edge of the bead. I mean it has to squish out and start coming up the sides of the glass. It's a job I really hate so I learned quickly to get it right. Did you clean, prime and use activator on the glass before laying down the urethane? You also have to put the trim clips in while it has not set. Carving into it later can have unwelcome results. The A pillars like to rust under the trim because the trim traps water there. Is it a lot of water or just a little? That will tell you what size hole you are looking for. Crawl under the dash and have someone pour a glass or two of water slowly on the driver's side of the glass. Start at the bottom and work up. Give it a minute or two to start coming in before wetting a different area.

Sure its water? If its a manual truck your clutch master might be leaking. Look for wetness right around the pushrod.

Windshield leak 99% of the time. Check the gasket/seal all around.
