2000 Toyota Avalon engine knocking

I live in Atlanta, GA i have 2000 Toyota Avalon XLS Automatic transmission with 147k miles, i just bought this car few days ago and engine start knocking / taping noise problem.

It does not knock when engine is cold once it get warm & i hit gas little bit then you can hear knocking / taping sound, no knocking sound when i drive it or high rpm even it does not knock when its parked on idleing even with warm engine, with my understanding knocking coming back side of engine under the intake manifold.

Engine oil level was fine & looks clean but even then i change the engine oil with thicker oil 10w30 but knocking sound is still there, there is no check engine light on & no smoke from tale pipe, its drive perfect & smoothly when i'm driving it between 30 to 70 mile per hr. no problem at all but when i stop & at red light etc. & begin to move forward its knock / tap little bit but as soon as i go high rpm sound just go away.

Any help advice / input will be highly appreciated.

Sounds like a valve adjustment is needed.
